Farmers’ Markets
Farmers’ markets are a wonderful way to support diverse local farms and businesses, all together in one spot! We attend area markets almost year-round (no markets in April).
Brattleboro Area Farmers’ Market
Dwight Miller Orchards are among the founding farms of the Brattleboro Farmers’ Market, one of the best in the state. Read Miller remembers selling fruit from the back of a farm truck on the Brattleboro Common before he was old enough to drive. More than 40 years have passed and the market has moved and grown, but it remains a local treasure celebrated by locals and visitors alike. The outdoor setting under shady trees, next to a lively brook, is a truly unique and magical place to spend a Saturday morning.
